Since 1973, both our iconic home and our iconic wines have given people around the corner and around the globe a chance to experience the richness, nuance, and joy of Sonoma’s winemaking tradition. We invite you to make yourself at home in our chateau and gardens at one of our tasting experiences.

Walk-ins welcome. Appointments encouraged.
We are open 7 days a week from 10:00am – 5:00pm with the last seating at 3:30pm.
Chateau Experience
A Selection of Our Finest Wines!
Enjoy a seated tasting of our limited Reserve and winery exclusive wines in the elegant surroundings of our 1920s chateau. Your wine educator will expertly guide you through a flight of five hand chosen selections while you take in the sweeping vineyard views off our patio or enjoy the richly wood-paneled rooms in the chateau.

Belle Terre Experience
Discover the range and style of our wines in a flight of five winery exclusive selections from premier Sonoma County vineyard sites. Hosted by a knowledgeable educator, you’ll enjoy views of our beautiful garden views during your seated tasting experience.
$50 per person, reservations required | 70 minutes | 1-7 people

Chateau St. Jean Club Member Tasting
A Special Tasting Menu for Club Members!
Our wine club members are invited to enjoy the Chateau’s Club Patio or Vineyard Room for a seated tasting of five wine club-exclusive selections. Relax on comfortable lounge furniture while our Wine Club Ambassador informs your tasting experience.

Déjeuner au Chateau: Estate Lunch
Let’s Do Lunch!
Reserve your own private outdoor picnic table to enjoy wine and lunch pairing. This is the perfect experience for a lovely afternoon with friends and family. This experience comes with a 1/2 bottle of wine per person from our curated wine list, reserved picnic table and your choice of seasonal culinary offerings.

$65 per person, reservations required | 2-hour reservation | 2-8 people maximum
$55 per person for Wine Club Members and up to 4 guests.
– No outside food permitted
– This is a non-hosted experience that must be booked 24 hours in advance

Chez Nous Reserve Tasting
Private Tasting!
Make yourself at home in the chateau’s dining room with a sit-down, private tasting for your group of 8-15 guests. Your wine educator will expertly guide you through a flight of five varietal selections in a setting that will transport you to the elegance of another time.
$90 per person | 90 minutes | 8-15 people

A 20% gratuity is automatically included for all bookings. Reservations for this experience are only available Friday – Sunday with 2 seatings at 10:30 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. Please inquire for availability outside of the regularly scheduled tasting days for this experience.
