Each vintage our winemaker artfully blends the five classic Bordeaux varieties of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Malbec and Petite Verdot into a red wine that displays the best traits of Sonoma County.
On October 5th, we will welcome you to our Chateau for a sophisticated evening of wine and culinary delights. Begin the evening with a welcome reception on our picturesque Chateau patio, where you will be treated to a selection of our finest wines and hors d’oeuvres.
Following the reception, take your seat on our grand lawn for a curated three-course dinner paired with a vertical tasting of our Cinq Cépages vintages. Our new winemaker, Lisa Evich will be offering a glimpse into the legacy and passion that goes into crafting these exceptional wines.
This evening will be the first opportunity to taste our highly anticipated new vintage release: the 2021 Cinq Cépages, which has already garnered high acclaim from wine critics with a 93pt score from Jeb Dunnuck.
We will then conclude the evening with a dessert reception in our Chateau vineyard room, where you will savor a delectable array of sweet treats alongside a final glass of Cinq Cépages.
